No Id's fit as Secret Police, probably hired from security firms groups.
Mercenaries, and retired Intel types that believe in totalitarianism Capitalism.
Here is the thing, you have to be courageous in life, because a single sociopath can cause problems, and the violent side has some sociopaths.
Remember the problems the DC Sniper caused, that was a person under a delusion. And I know he was not CIA, he was under a subset of Game delusion that says the world is a game, in that subset people that believe what they are told, get deluded to believe that they are Supernatural CIA.
Side note, I actually saw him in person in a bar in Tacoma once, so I know that guy was under delusion. He was crouched in a corner looking at people for a few hours.
Basically some people think, 'people' are cameras, or puppets for supernatural factions. Like playing a game with people as the pieces. Really terrible delusion, and is made to give thoughts of despair, and thoughts that the things doing that have some control, they have to use delusion, and get a person to do something.
However the bad side does have a few psychopaths, that will attack people because of one of the many delusions they are under. So freedom requires some courage. The thing is every time they do, they hurt there own group, if you are not intimidated by them.
Also ending of one of the Borne films has a scene from book 1984 where Kissinger character talks to Borne and uses a speech from 1984. That concept is trying to put the blame on a person, or showing that both sides are the same. However as a lesson it shows not to be violent to fight violence. Then again it is a perspective. And it is true both sides have problems, but some try to cultivate the bad, some try to help the better concepts.
The putting of the info in a fax machine was the movie.
Also I refused to be mean, and still got kicked around, so it is about trying to find a way to blame you, that people that deceive, instead of educate, use to hurt people.
Side note, that film did try to educate why you don't become them to fight them. As did 1984 if you see that book as what not to do.
