The papers which could finally force full inquest into the death of Dr. David Kelly
Edited on Mon Dec-13-10 06:46 PM by cory777
Source: Daily Mail

Today, the Daily Mail publishes for the first time the legal document which could trigger a full coroner's inquest into the death of Dr David Kelly.

The document, formally known as a memorial was written by group of campaigning doctors who have been trying to secure an inquest since 2004.

It lists the sequence of events which led up to Dr Kelly's death and the legal reasons they believe an inquest ought to be held.

It was sent to Attorney General Dominic Grieve QC by the doctors' lawyers, Leigh Day & Co., in September. Mr Grieve, who has read the document, is now considering whether to allow an application to the High Court for an inquest. The Mail has learnt that he has recently appointed a medical expert to assist him. His decision is expected shortly.

18. Actually, George H. W. Bush (Bush I) had much stronger CIA connections.
Cheney may have been behind the decision, but it would have been Bush I who got the job done. On both these guys.

19. G.H.Bush.....
The only man to be elected for 3 non-consecutive terms.....After Reagan and in 2000 & 2004.
Junior was a front....Cheney was the stick to keep him in line with Bush the elder.

23. After Reagan was shot
GHW Bush ran the show from the White house basement. Reagan was a ribbon cutter.

3. Dr. David Kelly
Upon his retirement, Hans Blix stated that the United States misrepresented United Nations weapons reports, and that the United States placed unjust pressure upon him and his inspections team to find WMD in Iraq. Blix firmly insisted that no evidence of such weapons existed, and vanished from the scene for retirement after the Iraq inspections fiasco.

Kelly experienced depression, says his wife, as a result of pressure on him from British officials to stand alongside Britain and White House claims of WMD in Iraq, a request Kelly refused. Britain's Parliament interrogated Kelly on his claims of no WMD in Iraq, after Tony Blair sided with George Bush's contrary claim.

However, Kelly was not the type of man, according to family and friends, who would fade out willingly, depressed or not. Whether Kelly sliced his own wrists, or whether the deed was provided by a British Government Mafia, Kelly died neither by natural causes nor by accident.

20. What's the point of all of this? It will be impossible to prove he didn't
commit suicide. Even if they conclude that he *might not* have committed suicide, there is no evidence pointing TO anyone else.

So it sounds like that's all this is headed for, is proof that he might not have killed himself.

Nothing here to implicate anyone or anything else, just conflicting theories.

24. "Move along! Nothing to see here folks! Just keep going!"
It's so *nice* to have people sticking to the official line
rather than getting "confused" by those "conflicting theories" ...

:eyes:

FWIW, you are wrong.
It is not impossible to prove that he didn't commit suicide.
It is probably impossible to prove *who* murdered him (and hence
impossible to bring anyone to trial for the crime) but the "suicide"
aspect could be ruled out by several different methods.

But I wouldn't want you to get "confused" by such "conflicting theories" ...
