Denver Police Department goes all Law & Order in new video series
Source: Westword

The Denver Police Department is releasing a series of action-filled videos demonstrating the work of a police officer. The first one came out today and features a foot chase after a would-be bank robber near Curtis Park. It's got it all: voiceover, dramatic orchestration, slo-mo and, of course, a perp with a face full of pavement.

1. "No word on when they'll get to the episode on filling out mountains of paperwork."
Police work does involve a lot of paperwork.

2. Curtis Park.. can someone remind me where that is?
I live here in Denver, and I'm closer to Crestmoor Park, Cramner Park, and Robinson Park. I recall a Curtis Park, but can't remember where it is.

And the damn video better have captioning on it, or I'll go to the HQ and file an ADA complaint for the police not being compliant with the laws.

3. North of downtown around 5-points
Between Champa st. and Arapahoe st. at 30th st. There is a great mexican food place called the Curtis Park Creamery that is a must try. Take out only. Some of the best beans in town they must use bacon drippings in them. Their hot chili is red. I'm gue for a trip down there. Would be a good place for DU meet up.
