Another Chain of Custody Problem in Waukesha County
Source: Daily Kos

Just after 1:15 p.m., Waukesha County canvassers began the recount for the Town of Genesee, wards 6, 9, and 10. They immediately identified a bag of ballots where the bag and label serial numbers matched each other but did not match the number written on the official inspection report from that precinct.

What's odd is that she was not the official who wrote the number on the original report, but says she winessed the other person writing the original number.

The bag and reports were entered as exhibits, and counted separately.

That makes 4 "human errors" in recording serial numbers in Waukesha County so far.

The update from this story was that the counting that went on today was such a mess that not one percent was finished and that wards 3 and 4 had to be recounted...

8. Well
If one has determined the statistical prevalences for how people vote then one can pad the vote. The vote in wisconsin has been padded a little here, a little there, just a little all over (state wide). Call it what it is: ELECTION FRAUD! Personally, I don't think Walker won, I don't think Prosser won, I don't the the Fitzgeralds won, I don't think Van Hollan won. In fact, I don't think any election I've voted in for the last eighteen years has been legitimate; we just really overwhelmed them in 2008.

at this email that the D.A. of waukesha sent to Kathy regarding her human error... Keep in mind if wrong doing is found, he would be the guy prosecuting her....

One of those exhibits was an email sent by Schimel to Nickolaus on 8:24am on Friday, April 8th, the morning after her extraordinary evening press conference which shocked the state by giving Prosser a 7,500 vote lead in the election.

The email from Schimel, who would otherwise be tasked with prosecuting Nickolaus if wrong-doing is discovered, reads...

From: Schimel, Brad
Sent: Friday, April 8, 2011 8:24 AM
To: Nickolaus, Kathy
Subject: Hang in there
Kathy,
You handled everything as well as possible yesterday. I had several events last night, and everyone I spoke with was very understanding about how something like this could happen.
I think it will be ok. Hang in there and keep your chin up.
Brad

3. Wow...messy.
It's hard to believe that the RushThugs and T.HaterBaggers are now so brazen, that they will try all sorts of hijinks and criminal tricks.

...sad, very sad stuff for America.

7. They will keep trying these criminal tricks
unless there is clear push back. Why don't we demand all these unwatched ballots that were not protected be removed from the count. They are no longer legitimate.

5. If you saw the little old ladies who work the polls...
you'd realize how silly that is.

Most likely, in this Republican county, the poll workers have bought the puke bullshit about fraud coming in the front door of the polling place. They don't think about the bigger potential of fraud going out the back door.

9. Prosser is counting on that idea......cuz he has some things to hide....
It is a reality, well-documented through court records and other sources, finding Prosser and his former Republican colleagues in the WI Assembly enmeshed in a criminal scheme to utilize state employees and resources at taxpayer expense in order to finance and organize WI GOP political campaigns. A reality which includes an astounding legal filing by this same sitting Supreme Court Justice in which he not only acted as an advocate for the accused, but even confessed to his own participation in the alleged crime.http://www.bradblog.com/?p=8480
