FBI nabs Puerto Rican man for historic robbery

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — The FBI says it has arrested a man in Puerto Rico who was sought in a Connecticut robbery that was one of the largest in U.S. history, and had been on the run for 25 years.

The FBI says it arrested 65-year-old Norberto Gonzalez Claudio on Tuesday in the southern mountain town of Cayey.

Gonzalez Claudio was sought in connection with the 1983 armored truck robbery of about $7 million in West Hartford.
