1. If we leave immediately...
Two things would happen:

1. Karzai's head would be separated from his body posthaste.

2. It would be a world-wide flood of Heroin.

21. Afghanistan produces 80% of the world supply of heroin, already.

Poppy production exploded after the U.S. invasion. In 2009, it decreased slightly, but is again on the rise this year.

5. How many nukes?
10? 100? 1000? Would the prospect of fallout bother you? Or mega-death?

China and Russia might look askance at nukes being blasted willy-nilly in their neighborhood. They might even object forcefully and reciprocally.

11. Karzai: Afghanistan With Pakistan in US-Pak War
Source: Associated Press

Afghan President Hamid Karzai said that if the United States and Pakistan ever went to war, his country would back Pakistan — a statement that contrasts with his harsh criticism of his eastern neighbor during U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton's recent visit to Kabul.

Most leaders in foreign countries that don't bow to American demands become former leaders or dead leaders.
