1. He's a mixed bag, all right. He spoke for pot legalization while he was still in office

here in NM, either brave or foolhardy. His eight years were pretty uneventful. He didn't actively screw anything up, but it took the Democrat who followed him to get high speed rail off the drawing board and running and remove the state sales tax on food, one of the cruelest taxes in the state.

He'll be dismissed as a nutcase, of course, even if he did finally get a haircut for the occasion.
