Iran and arms expert David Albright tell US to prove nuke allegations
http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/L02605425.htm

TEHRAN, June 2 (Reuters) - Iran's chief nuclear negotiator and a prominent nuclear weapons expert in Washington challenged the United States on Wednesday to produce any evidence it has that Tehran is actively trying to build a nuclear bomb.

"If the Americans have any claims or information they should hand it over to the (U.N. nuclear watchdog) agency, but it's clear they have nothing," Hassan Rohani, the Supreme National Security Council's secretary-general, told reporters in Tehran. snip

"I think the administration oversteps the evidence by saying it knows Iran has a weapons programme," said David Albright, a former U.N. weapons inspector and president of the Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS) in Washington.

"There's no evidence that's been found that shows they have an active nuclear weapons programme," Albright said. But he said Iran seems to be keeping the weapons "option" open by pursuing uranium enrichment, a process of purifying uranium for use as fuel in nuclear power plants or in weapons.

4. Iran probably is developing such a program
but the Great Chimp has so thoroughly trashed our credibility that now our ability to act against Iran is severely impaired. Thank you Mr. President!

6. After seeing what happened to defenseless Iraq would you blame them?
Any world leader that has not ramped up their nuclear program should be put in a rubber room as long as Chimpy is in office.

5. Rummy will tell you that he "knows" where the nukes are
- they will be somewhere north, south, east or west of Tehran.

10. Quick--send Powell into the UN with MORE lies!!!!
You'd THINK they'd at least have some better creativity than to use the WMD argument twice in one term. :puke:

If they are gonna go for a repeat of "How we invaded Iraq in four easy steps" then they better get Powell out there to stump for it with a pack of lies.

The arrogance of it all...
