FBI on trail of Pentagon mole

"The FBI is conducting lie detector tests to discover if civilian employees at the Pentagon leaked highly classified intelligence to Ahmad Chalabi, the Iraqi who authorities accuse of giving the information to Iran.

The tests have initially focused on a small number of Pentagon employees who had access to the compromised information.

US intelligence officials claim Chalabi told Iran that the US had broken the secret communications codes used by Iranian intelligence to transmit sensitive messages around the world.

The National Security Adviser, Condoleezza Rice, has promised Congress a full investigation into the allegations."
