3 dead, 9 wounded in Iraq blast
BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- An explosion has killed at least three Iraqis and wounding nine others -- including two U.S. soldiers -- near a coalition base north of Baghdad, according to 1st Cavalry spokesman Lt. Col. James Hutton,.

The blast -- possibly a car bomb -- happened in Taji, near the gate of the base.

The wounded coalition soldiers were taken to a medical facility inside the base and the civilians to local hospitals, according to Coalition Press Information Center.

So it goes.

1. And it goes on
Some people will be surprised to learn that Ronald Reagan's death will not make the war in Iraq go away.

2. Baghdad Car Bomb Blast Kills 6 - CBS (I think this is this one)
Edited on Sun Jun-06-04 12:52 PM by dArKeR
A car bomb exploded Sunday near the gate to a U.S.-run base north of Baghdad, killing six people and injuring 20 others — including two U.S. soldiers, the U.S. military said. It was the latest of a series of attacks against occupation forces and their Iraqi allies.

Gunmen blasted a police station in Baghdad's Shiite neighborhood Sadr City on Sunday, rigging the building with explosives after U.S. soldiers and Iraqi police departed. Late Saturday, a police station south of the capital also was blown up and seven policemen killed.

The attacks raise questions about the capability of local security forces to control public order after sovereignty passes to the Iraqis at the end of this month.

Look at the first pic on this CBS link. Look at how destroyed and worse than chaos looking the area is. Broken concrete everywhere. Most pics we see published by the American Whore Media don't show a general panoramic view of the Iraqi cities. We heard a lot on how all the Billion$ of our tax dollars have been spent in Iraq. How the American saviors have opened the schools for ALL Iraqi children to now go to school and learn. I can't imagine any child has gone to school since the day America started bombing Iraq. Show me the proof the children have been in school American Whore Press.

But if you're a little too lazy to investigate on my above suggestion you can run some more stories on our Burger King's and Subway Sandwiches' in Iraq with all our soldiers' smiling faces while standing in line. (As you did 1 year ago.) I haven't seen a follow up on our Iraqi Burger King's and I'm waiting for the 'One Year Anniversary Mission Accomplished Burger King' story!

And if this is all too much for Novak, Fineman, Russert, North, or Limbaugh to report on, how about run a follow up on the 'Sniffers' which Bush issued to our troops 1.2 years ago. I thought the original report said 'every' soldier was issued one. The 'Sniffers' which would 99.99% quickly lead to the capture and end of all ambushes on American soldiers and American mercenaries. The 'Sniffers' Made in the USA with 'ultra technilogical precision' which will 'sniff' out any person who has fired a gun or worked with explosives in the last week. What happened to these sniffers? How much did they cost? Why aren't the results what the original 'Whore' reports said they'd be?

But I understand all your problems with labor shortages. Resources sent to investigate Peterson, Jackson, Bryant... are more important to Capitalism.

3. The loss and destruction is quite painful for those of us,...
,...who are paying attention.

Does it take death on our doorsteps before we acknowledge so much loss?
