Thanks for your welcome. Since that requirement isn't listed in the message at the top of this forum I was unaware of it, sorry. Perhaps it should be made clear for rookies like me.

this may or may not be a good thing, especially if it increases the tories numbers by 91 votes. i hope the u.k. gets it right, just like spain. and with any luck, we'll do the same in the u.s. come november.

4. It looks bad for Blair.

Yet in the 1980's Margaret Thatcher's Conservative governments regularly did badly in local elections. This did not stop her winning three General Elections in a row. It is too early to write off Labour.
