Sorry to Scare You, Tony: Michael Moore Was Just Joking

Some news organizations are reporting that Michael is making a new film on Tony Blair. This is not true. Let us repeat - THIS IS NOT TRUE. Michael made a joke about his next film being about Tony Blair in an interview and, apparently, it was taken seriously.

As an aside, Raw Story is pursuing the story on Howard Kaloogian's plan to keep 'Fahrenheit 911' out of theaters. We'll have a brief story up today and hope to get interviews with Move America Forward on Monday...There also seems to be a lot of dirt on Kaloogian, even disputes he's had with his own party..

5. I'm sure Tony is now
having heart palpitations and is moving toward a thermonuclear meltdown.

I hope he got the news.

6. Good....
While it might have been a great topic... I'd prefer he continue to focus on issues specific to our current state of affairs in the US.... We need him too badly to share, now-- sorry Brits!

8. What has happened to our collective sense of humor? How would we view

the humor of Mark Twain in 2004?

Somewhere along the line we stopped being able to detect a joke, witticism, pun, sarcastic comment et al. from serious conversation. What a shame. I think it happened when Seinfeld called it a day or when our leader was selected. Who ever heard of such a thing? We're half way to hell in a hand basket.

10. Dirt?
Of course he's dirty; these flipping repukes wallow in dirt. They just aren't being exposed for what they are often enough.

11. Who said this?
"You wrestle with a turd - win, lose or draw, you gonna get messed up!"

Was it Firesign Theater? Don't know, myself.
