Troops to withdraw from Karbala Sept 20
by Wassana Nanuam:

"Thai troops will withdraw from Karbala on Sept 20, ending their one-year humanitarian mission in Iraq.

"Supreme Commander Somdhat Attanand has approved the pull-out of the Thai Humanitarian Task Force in Iraq and heavy artillery will begin to be transported back to Thailand from the middle of next month. Costs will be fully absorbed by Washington."

So much for the quality of life a Camp Lima!
