Five (Iraqi) police killed in US air attack
Tikrit/Kirkuk, June 20 (DPA) Five police officers were killed and three were injured in a US air attack early today in the Iraqi city of Samarra, according to police reports.

The police officers were guarding a house belonging to Interior Minister Falah al Naquib when US soldiers opened fire from a helicopter, a police source said.

The US military destroyed the central police building in Samarra in an air attack a few hours earlier.

Iraqi police have not ruled out the possibility that the attacks were mistaken targets.

2. Destroy and Search
Kill a few Haji's, send Kimmitt to search out the latest spin. Fabulous military strategy, this.

4. What's the problem?
In Bush's world the only good Iraqi is a dead one. Besides, they're brown people, and probably terrorists, so they don't count. It's another win win for team Bushco and murrikkka don't ya know!

5. as fast as they train them...they are dead....by us or the others
Incredible, they continue to kill civilians and continue to make excuse.... I can only assume their real order is kill all non-Christians....because what they are doing makes no sense.....

They are breaking things. Then saying we have to pay to fix them.....

7. Get the implication
"Iraqi police have not ruled out the possibility that the attacks were mistaken targets"

This sounds a little, shall we say, sarcastic, on the part of the Iraqi police. After all, once you rule that out, what's left?
