Mitt’s message to the nation on gay marriage: Don’t Mass. it up

Gov. Mitt Romney turns up the heat on Sen. John F. Kerry today by joining Republicans pushing a national gay marriage ban seen as an attempt to embarrass Kerry days before his nomination next month.

Romney, an ardent opponent of gay marriage, will urge the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington to ensure other states don't follow Massachusetts into gay marriage legalization.

``This is what happened in Massachusetts,'' Romney will say, according to his prepared testimony, provided to the Herald. ``It is in your hands to determine whether or not this will be the fate of the nation.''

Shannon O'Brien- nothing wrong with her personally but she was a weaker candidate compared to some of the others who lost the nomination to her. Hopefully Mitt will only be in 1 term, he's such an idiot.

13. Shannon wasn't weak. She had more support than any other candidate

on the ticket. I admired her drive and ambition. Unfortunately, she had lots of history in MA government and, for voters, that translated into government as usual. I have great respect for Warren Tolman and Jill Stein but they weren't going to be elected - O'Brien had the only chance. Now look at what we have!

Mitt is mormon - maybe he has a couple of extra wives floating around, I bet that's against the law in Massachusetts!
