"Despite unexpectedly stubborn resistance from heavily armed Iraqi insurgents and a failure so far to find weapons of mass destruction, most members of the Louisiana congressional delegation say they have no regrets about their votes in 2002 to authorize the war with Iraq.

The exceptions are two Democratic members, Sen. Mary Landrieu and Rep. William Jefferson, who say they feel misled by the Bush administration and probably would have voted differently if they had known then what they know now. "
