Poll: Dismay With Bush, Iraq
Edited on Mon Jun-28-04 11:36 PM by dArKeR
As the early transfer of power in Iraq occurred, Americans expressed some optimism about life for Iraqis. Even though less than a third thinks the Bush Administration has a clear plan for the handover, Americans are willing to have U.S. troops to be stationed in Iraq as long as it takes that country to become a stable democracy. They clearly see the U.S. as having a responsibility there.

But underlying those positive feelings are doubts about one of the central justifications for the war -- that it was a major part of the war on terror. Many Americans express serious concerns that the war in Iraq has increased, not decreased, the number of terrorists and made the terrorist threat against the U.S. worse, not better.

Americans remain divided as to whether invading Iraq was the right thing to do, and most think the war was not worth its costs. And just 36 percent approve of the way President Bush is handling the situation there.

This 2 days turnover is a political stunt, 100% and the dirty American Whore Media continues to LIE for BUSH!

SUE the Media!

----

ALL of the San Jose/SF TV stations are jumping with excitement and grand praise of the 'spectacular' handover '2 days early'.

If someone doesn't sue the media than we are nothing and don't deserve to be a nation! Like 2 days has any meaning. It's NOT sovereignty. It's 100% puppet master. And if our the greatest country in the world, with the greatest military in the world, with the greatest pResident in the world, with the greatest planners in the world... could only squeeze in 48 hours in all of this time then we're really in big trouble. Look at the total chaos.

I believe the ONLY REASON WAS TO DO IT BEFORE THE MASSIVE ATTACK THE REBELS HAD PLANNED! And/or 100% political stunt. It had nothing to do with preparation.

1. The media is obliged to play up seemingly "upbeat "
"our side is winning" news. They think that a happy public buys more of the sponsor's products.

2. "Americans are willing to have US troops to be stationed in Iraq as long"
"As it takes."

Are Americans still that stupid? We just don't learn until the bodybags come home.

4. Keep telling your friends, family, co-workers the truth...that the Media
is lying to you. They lied to you over 911 and WMD and they are lying to you now with this fake XFR of power. I saw one head line read, Occupation Over...unbefuckingleaveble. Limited power to a puppet gov't in not the definition of sovereignty. Sorry folks... they are lying again.

7. I also see three more soldiers
were killed and another (hostage) dead? Not more than a blip on the screen as our media trumpets chimp's puppets in Iraq.
