Argentina fed up with US "meddling": minister
Argentine Foreign Minister Rafael Bielsa has said that Buenos Aires was "fed up" with the top US diplomat for Latin America, Roger Noriega, for interfering in the South American country's affairs, after he expressed concern over demonstrators.

"In all honesty, the Argentine government is fed up with Mr Noriega's meddling in Argentina's internal affairs," Mr Bielsa told the local radio station Del Plata from China, where he is accompanying President Nestor Kirchner on an official visit.

Mr Bielsa identified Noriega as the "high-level State Department official" who told two Argentine dailies that the United States was "very concerned" about the activities of poor and unemployed picketers who were blocking roads and taking over the offices of multinational firms.

The activists have been staging demonstrations since Argentina's 2001-2002 financial crisis, according to media reports.

1. Hurrah! Tell Roger Noriega to cheney himself!
(Note, ,to retain appropriate civility I suggest we use the word "cheney" in place of the word "f**k".

Thank you.

2. So Noriega is concerned about their actions, but not their well-being,
or situation? Sounds about right!

6. Isn't this foolish? Isn't it tacky? Definitely second-rate.
From the article:
Mr Bielsa said he wanted to raise the issue with US Secretary of State Colin Powell but was not able to, as Mr Powell was traveling to Turkey for the NATO summit at the time.

He said he had spoken with US ambassador Lino Gutierrez, who "apologised" for Mr Noriega's remarks.

Mr Noriega, the US assistant secretary of state for Western Hemisphere affairs, also ruffled feathers here in January, saying that the United States was "disappointed" with Buenos Aires's approach to Cuba and adding that the country has been veering to the left since Mr Kirchner took office.
Woooooo, shaking in our boots!

This is just unbearable, isn't it? They've been doing this from the first day George Bush was staying in the White House.

Very typical of their obnoxious, overbearing aggression against any situation they don't like. Self-restraint, self-discipline are simply beyond them. @$$####$!

Florida Cuban "exile" Lino Gutierrez
right-wing,political appointment,of course.

Roger Noriega....Is he a goer?

7. how to create more global hostility towards the U.S....
During the Istambul conference Bush managed to even disapoint his loyal NATO allies Italy and Poland that sent trrop to Iraq by announcing an immediate authority "hand over" before the fixed date of June 30th. He even didn't discuss about it with his allies (except Blair).

As Bush previously claimed in Dublin that he would do his utmost to make Turkey a E.U member, he was answered by Chirac that next time he would go to the U.S he would brief Bush on how to integrate Mexico into the U.S...fair enough.

Americans don't realize their President is sending strange signals to foreign countries : in case you oppose us, we don't give a dam. In case you support us, we don't give a dam either...For instance, the UK got no major oil contract out of Iraq. Everything was given to Halliburton...This was well noted in France and Germany.

No matter Bush is reelected or not, the world will never be the same again...One may wonder if there isn't a special advisor to the White House whose job is to instruct Bush on how to create more global hostility towards the U.S....
