Washington, June 30 (IANS)

At least six airports in the US have been alerted to look out for travellers from Pakistan who show signs of having undergone training in terrorist camps.

According to a department of homeland security directive, the alert covers Washington Dulles, New York Kennedy, Newark International, Chicago O'Hare, Detroit and Los Angeles International airports.

The department has told customs agents to look particularly for tell-tale signs like rope burns, unusual bruises, burns and scars that might indicate paramilitary training.
