Rumsfeld defends aide (Douglas Feith) from Franks attack
he's NOT the dumbest fucking guy on the planet, so stop saying that!

WASHINGTON - Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld on Tuesday defended a top aide who was severely criticized by Gen. Tommy Franks, the top U.S. commander in the Iraq war.

In an interview with The Associated Press, Rumsfeld called Undersecretary Douglas Feith "without question one of the most brilliant individuals in government."

Franks wrote in his autobiography "American Soldier" that Feith was "getting a reputation around here as the dumbest (expletive) guy on the planet."

While Feith, a lawyer schooled at Harvard and Georgetown, had academic credentials and was personally likable, he posed "off-the-wall questions without relevance to problems," Franks wrote.

1. Maybe that's because Feith IS A FUCKING LAWYER
And not a general.;) I love what reverence this government has for intellectuals...as long as they push their bizarre agenda.

5. Franks is out of his element
...with the double dealing traitors running Washington for their own personal aggrandizement. His ramrod straight boneheadedness doesn't set well with the sleazeball connivers who manipulate the Pentagon. As an opportunist himself who led the Army into one of its most dismal chapters he doesn't have the intellectual honesty to know that he has been had and that he is one of them.

7. Rummy, Wolfie and Feith will all go to jail over OSP I predict.
It is one of the greatest con jobs in history, and it was done right out there in the open. Everybody knew OSP was piping phoney, Chalabi-conjured "intelligence" right past the DIA, and the CIA, right into the WH, the Congress, and the NYT.

Everybody pretended then it wasn't happening. Most still pretend. But sooner or later, this illegal enterprise will be investigated and these bastards will be nailed. I pray.

8. Who will investigate this? So far, there's nothing. Cheney get's off for
Halliburton, Rumsfeld gives immunity to military command for Prison Abuse scandals, James Wollsey is being considered for the "Intelligence Czar" when Woolsey was the conduit for Chalabi's information.

The Fourth Reich marches on, and where is there any evidence that any of them will go to jail? :nuke: I'm so tired of waiting for something that will never happen..
