Sen. Byrd will be online Thursday, Aug. 5 at 2 p.m. ET to discuss
his book Losing America, the President and politics in general.


In his new book, "Losing America: Confronting a Reckless and Arrogant Presidency," Sen. Robert C. Byrd (D-W.Va.) argues that the Bush White House has irresponsibly abused the balance of power and eroded civil liberties since Sept. 11, 2001.

Sen. Byrd will be online (WaPo) Thursday, Aug. 5 at 2 p.m. ET to discuss his book, the president and politics in general.
