WEST BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP — Metro Detroit’s sluggish economy, tight corporate profits and minimal job growth contributed to a decline in office leasing in the first half of the year, a new report shows.

Isn't that last paragraph a stitch. He senses we may have bottomed out, and yet he doesn't see anything to suggest that we're on the way up either. :shrug:
