1. Yes, they have said
that if Israel bombs their nuclear plant, they will retaliate by hitting Israel's nuclear facilities.

Yes, they can do it.

4. Hmmmm....
Israel bombs Iran's nuke facilities. We let them use Iraqi airspace. The Iranians prepare for an airstrike on Israel. We intercept them either via Turkey or Iraq and then it's SHOWTIME!! Off to the races for Bush War number 3. Only this time a draft will be needed to staff it. Iran would not be a pushover by any measure.

2. i think they're setting up a new-coldwar scenario
there's talk of a preemptive US strike on Iran's nuclear facility
so they're trying to create a mutually-assured reactor destruction.

"radioactively poison our land with a missle? we'll have time to fire ours off and do the same to Israel."

very scary. unfortunately, SBVT are taking up most press time and concern over here, so this is all transpiring sort of under the radar...

the whole thing could blow up any time now.

and instead of the steady thoughtfulness of JFK ala Cuban missle crisis here to see things through, we have... Dubya.

lord help us all.

6.  What would happen?
... it Iran was nuked and managed to nuke Israel?

What would happen? Would the rest of the world nuke both of them to make sure neither could do it again?

Would the world rise up against all nuclear nations and demand the dismantling of all nuclear warheads?
