(Amman, Jordan-AP, Aug. 21, 2004 2:30 PM) _ Iraqi oil experts are criticizing an American company doing business in Iraq.
At a conference in Jordan, the Iraqis said Kellogg, Brown and Root has not done a good job reviving Iraq's oil industry.
One former oil ministry official says the Iraqis have set up priorities for work but there have only been schedules and promises that weren't kept.
Kellogg, Brown and Root is a subsidiary of Halliburton, which has been awarded more than six (b) billion dollars in contracts related to the Iraq war.
