This guy is just the latest in a long line of short-lived Quisling's. I doubt he'll last long enough to see the first blizzard.

another piece on this:
Another scam called ‘elections’ of the ringleader of the invaders’ regime has taken place in occupied Chechnya. Russian TV channels have developed their 'elections' reports in full: they were picking the pictures of elections from small gatherings at the polling stations from different perspectives in order to stage a mass scale one way or another.
But even super-loyal Western journalists, who managed to travel to Chechnya, have reported that 'polling stations' are all empty and that they remind more of military facilities because they were cordoned off by armed gangs of Kadyrov’s collaborators and Russian military units, and additional troops of the invaders were pulled up to the cities and villages.
Meanwhile people in the Republic are alarmed because they were warned that whoever ignores the bogus 'elections', will be taking a risk to be blacklisted by the FSB (Russian Federal Security Service, former KGB). Psychological pressure was being put on them all of this time, but still most of the population would not even want to get out of their homes.
Journalists stressed about unusually empty streets in cities and villages of Chechnya. However, noisy and large-scale action was still spotted in Kadyrov’s home village of Hosi-Yurt (Tsentaroi), at a couple of 'polling stations' in Urus- Martan, where even concerts were organized, as well as in a traditional 'Potemkin village' of Znamenskoye (Chulgi-Yurt), which ever since the times of Russian puppet Zavgayev, was being presented to anybody and everybody as an oasis of peace and stability in Chechnya. Mass attendance in Hosi-Yurt was provided by Kadyrov. Jr.’s numerous lackeys from among his bodyguards, relatives and pro- Russian policemen.
Reporters from the Council of Caucasus Journalists attended the 'elections' as well. They reported from the Chechen capital that it was very hard to find anybody to talk to. The city that used to be pretty busy until recently all of a sudden died out after the latest events.
