Blair's list of priorities ignores war in Iraq
Telegraph Group Limited

Tony Blair sought to bury the political legacy of Iraq yesterday as he outlined the Government's priorities from now until the general election. ..

He told a Labour Party audience that the battle at the general election would not be about the Government's record but about its vision for the future.

Even though he has devoted much of the last three years to dealing with the threat posed by international terrorism and Iraq's supposed weapons of mass destruction, Mr Blair ignored these issues.

He did not include them in his list of "challenges facing Britain" and Iraq, which has dominated the headlines for much of the last two years, did not receive a single mention.

1. Good for him. If we weren't running on Iraq in the US, Kerry'd be leading
by 20 points.
