5. NOAA's tracks have been very close.

I knew Frances was "doing" western NC for quite a while. She did over 15-inches of rain on my mountain. I am flooded-out of my access to Greenville, SC, and Brevard, NC. But I am in fat city. I have food and drink, and a nearby heliport (The Wilds) if I have heart pains. I love the forced solitude. I wrote two chapters in the misty rain today. Then I wrote a short & long version of an op/ed piece. I'll post those separately.

11. I'm starting to think that Mother Nature is going after Katherine Harris.

She's pissed because Cruella DeVotestealer committed mass voting fraud and got the most environmentally destructive administration in history into power.
