Bush's Narrowing Lead - Newsweek
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3144249/site/newsweek/

Sept. 11 - One week after the conclusion of the Republican National Convention in New York, the latest NEWSWEEK poll shows George W. Bush’s double-digit “bounce” narrowing by to six points. Bush-Cheney had enjoyed an 11-point lead over the Kerry-Edwards ticket coming out of their convention, but in the latest poll, taken on the eve of the third anniversary of the September 11 attacks, the incumbents now lead 49 percent to 43 percent in a three-way race.

1. I still say polls are full of shit
Rarely use a population of over a 1,000 not to mention WHERE do they poll these people? sure you poll 60% of your population in Idaho or Alabama well no shit your results are gonna show Bush with a lead!

2. And if Newsweek would do a decent fair survey, they'd find out that
bush* isn't leading anything. There is no way that he can be ahead of Kerry with voters. Between the economy and Iraq he has two dead weights dragging him (bush*) down, and they're getting heavier by the minute.

Plus no matter how anyone tries to spin this memo thing, people know that bush* evaded the draft by getting into the TANG. And now they know, because regardless of what you may think of the memos, he disobeyed a direct order, did not complete his service, was suspended from flying, and did not sign up for duty when he skipped Texas like he HAD TO. It's not like this was a multiple choice situation, he knew what he was supposed to do legally and ethically and he just did not do it. And he never got punished like anyone else would have, he just got a pass and they've been trying to bury this story for years.
