Residents: U.S. Aircraft Strike Falluja Targets (Mon.)

FALLUJA, Iraq (Reuters) - U.S. aircraft mounted another air strike on the guerrilla stronghold of Falluja west of Baghdad Monday, residents said.

In recent weeks the U.S. military has launched several attacks on buildings in the city, saying it is targeting facilities used by Jordanian militant Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.


Iraq (news - web sites)'s Health Ministry said that in the 24 hours to Monday morning, before the latest air strike, seven Iraqis were killed in attacks on Falluja and 14 wounded. There was no immediate word on casualties from Monday's attack.

The people of Falujah are not aliens from another planet; they are just plain people just like you and me - they ARE you and me. These poor people are the objects of a race/class slaughter that has almost nothing to do with nationality. The ruling class in the US are systematically killing us. They are killing us in Iraq, Afghanistan, Colombia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Peru, and right here in the USA. What has the people of Falujah done to the US for the US to be treating them this way? Nothing. It isn't what they have done, it is who they are - it is who WE are...
