5. This has taken way too long

This investigation should have been completed and the criminal/traitor who outed Ms.Plame should have been indicted by now. I guess they are trying to drag it out at until after the election, hoping the Shrub wins (obstruction?). If he doesn't win, it will be interesting to see where the investigation goes from there.

8. Indictments soon thereafter?

If she testifies, shouldn't this allow for almost immediate indictments? What could be any more delay if she testifies?
