Fact: In only a portion of one term Bush has appointed and had confirmed over 22% of the federal judges. This is only a slightly smaller percentage than Clinton reached in his two full terms.

Fact: Bush has had the highest percentage of judicial nominees confirmed of any president in modern times.

Fact: The vacancy rate on the federal bench is at the lowest point in years.

Democrats are dumbasses for not blast faxing this information to every single media outlet every single day until every single story about judicial appointments includes these facts and even those Reich wing fundamentalists with the most pus filled brains encrusted with the most shit are aware of these facts.
