Interesting article up on NYTs website for tomorrows edition. It lays out the politics of the upcoming election in Iraq. It was not clear to me exactly how big a role the exhiles have in forming a new government. This is all about exhiles and very little about indigenous Iraqi people forming their own government. I knew this in general, but this article really drives it home.
