Reagan junior warns Bush: ‘stop hijacking my father’s reputation’
-snip-

He said: “The reality of this administration is so ugly that most Americans, even those who are more or less opposed to the administration, really don’t want to come to grips with that.

-snip-

This is an administration that has cheated to get into the White House. It’s not something Americans ever want to think about their government. My sense of these people is that they don’t have any respect for the public at large. They have a revolutionary mindset. I think they feel that anything they can do to prevail – lie, cheat, whatever – is justified by their revolutionary aims.”

4. Ron, Jr. has had it
He and his dad may not have agreed on much, but there seems to be at least a core belief they shared that democracy (at least here in the U.S.) really matters.

I don't see BushCo giving up even if they don't succeed in cheating their way to a win in November. If the polls are too close, look for the threat of an impending terrorist attack to stall the process.

7. Don't go there with the he won't leave stuff.
I reminds me too much of the Pubs who kept saying that Clinton would come up with some way to stay in office even though he was preveneted by the constitution, just because he loves it and won't leave!

I do believe shrubCo will lie, cheat and do anything they can to stay in office, but if we get enough people to actually go out on election day and VOTE! we'll win, and, yes, shrub will reluctantly leave.

8. Hope you're right, but
...they've done everything they can to hold onto power in the most undemocratic, unpatriotic ways imaginable. The secrecy if this administration is unparalleled in U.S. history, even when compared to Nixon.

I'll say it again, if it looks like Kerry will win, expect the worst. If I'm wrong, hooray for our side. If I'm right, we had better prepare to fight.

13. There IS A Difference
Bush will lie, cheat, and steal to keep power, and he has at his disposal what's currently left on the US military to keep it, if he really wants to.

Don't disregard anything that this bumbling idiot and his cronies might do to saty in power, even if the people get out and vote, they will undoubtedly try something.

If we already know that Bush is capable of lying, lies that have been responsible for the deaths of over 20,000 people, how can we not suspect that he might try to keep power by force.

If you don't believe that Bush and the Repigs are capable of something like this then I have some beachfront property to sell you
east of Tucson. At least it will be beach front property when California falls into the Pacific Ocean.;)

14. good grief
i mean seriously, if Kerry wins, they will leave, now they may try to use the courts to overturn the result, but they arent going to use the military.

give me a break, tell ya what, if kerry hopefully wins, and they dont, not only will be first on the frontlines to stop them, but i will buy your beachfront property sight unseen lol

29. the last thing Turdhead can count on is the military.
He is becoming hated among the troops. It does not take long for them to get over their Bush-love when they arrive in Iraq.

17. How Many People Will it Take to Offset DIEBOLD?
Edited on Sun Sep-26-04 02:16 PM by AndyTiedye
They can just overwrite the election results with their own,
and they've got all the media and enough polling organizations
in their pocket so they can make it all look legit.

As long as they steal enough votes so none of the races
appear "close", there will be no recounts under current laws
in most states.

We have to change the laws that only allow recounts in "close"
elections, and that only allow recounts by machine.

15. the american media is not healthy - Gore won debates - media killed it
so true when he spoke those words

<snip> When Gore and Bush debated four years ago, Gore did a better job, but the press focused on his mannerisms and his make-up and ignored Bush’s lies. The American media is not healthy. <snip>

removing these hoodlums in office and incarcerating them.

Words and warnings only go so far in this corrupt system when
judges are easily bribed and threatenned.
