Falluja takes more US hits
Falluja takes more US hits
Tuesday 28 September 2004

At least four people have been killed in the latest US onslaught on the Iraqi city of Falluja overnight.

Ten others were injured on Tuesday as US warplanes again bombed Falluja, targeting the area of al- Askari and the industrial neighbourhoods near the main highway east of the city, Iraqi journalist Husain al-Shammari told Aljazeera.

The US military said it had "conducted a precision strike", destroying a building believed to be the hideout for followers of al-Qaida- linked Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

The army has been at pains to discredit consistent reports from doctors and residents that women and children have been killed or wounded in repeated air strikes on Falluja in the recent weeks.

On Saturday, at least 15 people were killed and 25 wounded in a US strike on the city.

Meanwhile, fresh strikes have been launched on the Baghdad suburb of Sadr City overnight. On Monday, up to five people were killed and 46 wounded when US warplanes bombed parts of the suburb.

1. "conducted a precision strike"
Since 40% of Americans think Saddam was responsible for 9-11, why is it a stretch to get them to believe that "Smart Bombs" have shrapnel that only hit evil people.

All these uninformed dolts need to be inundated with the pictures of the damage we have done to so many innocents. The toll is rising exponentially.

We live in a nation of fools and sheep.

2. Bomb them into submission...
or kill enough of them so that there will be less attacks on the Occupation and their colabs. I am thinking that it might take about 20,000 Iraqi deaths to garner some stabalization so that the Iraqis can vote in a US Puppet Govt. Even if it took 1 Million Iraqis deaths, Amerikans wouldn't care. Iraq must be free and as The Glorious Leader has said, "All God's children want freedom."

5. With Limbaugh as cheerleader...
At some point after air strikes resumed, Limpdick spewed forth with something such as;
"It looks like they're about to turn Fallujah into a parking lot. All I can say is, it's about time!" The fucking morons that buy into "Excellence in Broadcasting" no doubt went all orgasmic over the thought of innocent Iraqis being massacred.

3. Air strikes sign of weak US presence. lack of options
The US is lobbing in bombs because we have no ability to actually gain control over the area with a ground invasion. We are just trying to inflict nicks. Its the big country version of roadside bombs.

4. I keep waiting for
"destroying a building believed to be near the hideout for
aquaintances of relatives of iraqis sympathetic to followers
of possibly al-Qaida-linked Abu Musab al-Zarqawi
(who is not dead after all)."
