http://www.boston.com/dailynews/273/region/Alleged_Bosnian_war_criminal_c:.shtmlA Bosnian national accused of participating in the execution of thousands of Muslims in the former Yugoslavia was indicted Wednesday on charges he lied on immigration documents to get into the United States.
The charges announced by U.S. Attorney Michael Sullivan included the first formal allegations that Marko Boskic was an executioner in a military unit that carried out one of the worst incidents of genocide in Europe since World War II.
The 40-year-old Boskic was arrested Aug. 25 at his condominium in Peabody, the North Shore suburb where he'd been living and working as a construction worker for the past four years.

The indictment handed up Tuesday by the grand jury said Boskic claimed he'd never participated in the killing, but ''he had, in fact killed a person.''
