Delphi In Vandalia Announces Layoffs

VANDALIA, Ohio -- More than 100 Delphi employees will be laid off from their jobs at the Vandalia plant.

The company notified employees Wednesday that it will begin laying off 120 workers starting on Monday. The layoff will leave just under 300 employees at the Safety and Interior Systems plant.

The facility makes air bags and door panels.

Just two years ago, the company laid off 190 employees.
