Insurgents detonated two bombs near a convoy of U.S.
military vehicles in southern Baghdad on Thursday, killing
at least 37 people and wounding as many as 120, according
to news reports.
A hospital near the scene of the attack received 37 bodies
and more than 50 wounded, the Associated Press
reported. Reuters reported at least 35 dead and around
120 wounded, many of them
children.
Police said the first blast was probably caused by a car
bomb, Reuters reported. A second bomb went off
shortly afterward, as U.S. troops tried to help those hit in the
first explosion.
It was not clear if the victims were civilians or U.S. troops.

How does anyone know they are children killed.
Propaganda plays a very big part.Lets take the news and
article apart.First states 2 attacks near convoy of
military vehicles.37 bodies,50 wounded.Then second
attack happened as U.S troops tried to help those hit by the
first attack. Now analysis from this report states attack near
a convoy of military vehicles, meaning that there was more
than one vehicle many vehicles, this suggests it was not in
a populated civilian area.As the vehicles were in a convoy
ie moving and not stationary.Second thing in the report is
U.S soldiers tried to help those in the first attack.Believe me
U.S soldiers do not HELP anyone that is not a U.S soldier,
which means those casualties from the first
were American.Everyone is pushed back,U.S do not allow
Iraqi soldiers or police near American dead and wounded,
mainly for the reason of reporting and photographs.A
second attack occured this was what caused the majority
of casualties.
