CLEVELAND - A week after Ohio determined the outcome of the presidential race, election officials in 88 counties are processing the provisional ballots cast on Election Day.
The counting is expected to take another week or more. Most counties contacted Wednesday said they were not keeping running totals of how many of the 155,337 provisional ballots are valid as they get them ready for counting.
The few counties that had done a partial tally said most appeared legitimate
