...and that's putting it kindly. I also want to know where Flickinger was ever a "former anchor/reporter" other than reading the morning notes at his high school on a closed circuit monitor.
This Repuke has lied on his resume more often than Mark McGuire has about steroids. It's typical of Flickinger and his self-aggrandizing nature. One of his parents are many fries short of a Happy Meal, and the son is following suit.
On this article, Flickinger says, "The goal, according to the United for Peace and Justice website, is to end the war, bring the troops home and rebuild our communities -- whatever that means."
Whatever that means? Flickinger has no viable idea what any of that means? He has no idea of the death and multilation of Americans? He has no compassion to bring home the troops while failing to enlist in combat himself? He cannot fathom the economic price that each community in this country is paying so Bush can spend hundreds of billions of dollars in Iraq?
This is a so-called writer with limited facilites, sophomoric descriptions, and glorified factoids to make obscure points. He can't by any stretch of his imagination show how any of those isolated facts are doing when placed into reality.
Just as he's bragged about so much in his 24 years, saying he's is a writer doesn't make it so. Like Snaggle-puss, Flickinger needs to exit stage right, running all the way.
