Edited on Sat Mar-25-06 04:34 PM by madrchsod
energy biz , journal of petroleum engineers , heating and contracting , several other energy related magazines each month and everyone in theses industries know what needs to be done and can do it but they can not get a commitment from the federal government on long term tax breaks for r&d and other investments from the private sector or the government. it will cost at least a trillion dollars to invest in conservation measures ,rebuilding the power grid across america, and rebuilding /building generating plants but we have terrorists to keep away from our doors and taxes to cut so the chosen few will survive in comfort
