1. Look for a slew

of articles from Republicans proppong up Dean and Lowering the Expectations of Bush. They will do it with whoever the nominee is... the bottom line is Bush does better when expectations are lowered.

Democrats need to figure out how to counter this. I personally believe Dean will not let them get away with it. He needs to use the "soft bigotry of low expectations" argument against Bush, saying he's had his time to meet even the low expectations he set for himself, and failed.
