New York Man Defecates On Cop Car; Media Goes Crazy. Another BrietFart Production!
http://www.addictinginfo.org/2011/10/10/new-york-man-defecates-on-cop-car-media-goes-crazy/

As if this has never happened before in New York City, a man allegedly defecated on a cop car. What makes this specific incident different from any other day in Manhattan is that there also happens to be a pretty big protest going on. The target of the protest? Wall Street.

Whether or not the defecating man is actually a protester is up for discussion. It’s possible. It’s also possible that he’s one of New York’s 40,000 homeless people. The third possibility is that the man was a right-wing media plant. What would make me think that? Well, first off, the picture was taken by professional photographer, Stephen Jeremiah. Behind the story, are known right-wing fabricator, Andrew Breitbart and the right-wing British rag, The Daily Mail. What are the odds that a photographer-for-hire would happen to be in the right place at the right time for an “incriminating” picture? Your guess is as good as mine.

They also have some pictures of trash (again, not an unusual sight for NYC). Perhaps it is difficult to pick up after the thousands of protesters, but a writer for Gawker and one for the New York Times saw things differently.

So, yeah, people are gross sometimes, and local businesses are justifiably pissed—AHEM—that protesters are clogging their toilets without buying anything. But when I was there last week, the park was cleaner than the majority of New York’s public spaces, with about 1/2 fewer obvious drug users. Volunteers constantly sweep and remove trash, and they’re reportedly boosting the number of sanitation workers to a full-time staff of 50. New York Times reporter Brian Stelter was down there yesterday and tweeted ”It is remarkably clean here.”

This ‘poop’ story is not the first of the mainstream media *um* smear jobs. The media really doesn’t like the protesters. They call them dirty. they call them rich kids. They call them lazy. They call them hippies. Think Progress put together a montage:Why does the mainstream media have such a problem with the protesters? A quick look at their ownership will tell you why. The mainstream media is owned by just six major, multinational corporations. Between their ownership and their advertisers, the mainstream media is Wall Street and vice versa.

They are afraid. Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.), had this to say:

“It’s really important for us not to give any legitimacy to these people in the streets. I remember what happened in the 1960s when the left-wing took to the streets, and somehow the media glorified them and it ended up shaping policy. We can’t allow that to happen.”

The protests are going national and are gaining attention, even from the Democratic leadership

1. Couldn't that pic be anywhere in New York City? Remarkably out
of context. You see no evidence it's anywhere near the protest. If I was really into doing that, I'd get right on top of the car and lay a big steamer!

2. I've seen worse images on prime-time TV.
And during sports championship celebrations. Also, he's not stomping his big boot on someone's head, or threatening people with concealed firearms.

Rethugs are not into synapsing.

5. I don't see anyone pooping here.
I do see a person pressing the upper part of their buttocks against the car.
No fecal matter that i can see.
