I have written an editorial article that consists of a collection of links to documents and videos that help illuminate the character of George W. Bush. Links include: Bush's DUI, Bush drunk at a wedding in Texas, Bush joking about not finding WMD in Iraq, and Bush joking about the economic recession, and September 11th. Let me know if I have omitted any other links that may belong in this category.

I counted 13 occurrences of this “joke” at www.whitehouse.gov.
If Bush did not mean this as a joke he should have stopped after the crowd laughed at it repeatedly.
