With all the feigned sincerity he can possibly muster, George Bush steadfastly looks into the crowd’s eager eyes or the camera’s polished lens. He then speaks the same fiction that he has spoken so many times before.

“America is safer now than it was on September 11.”

2. This is really important!

When the debate starts "heating up" before the election, Kerry should keep this card ready.

Bush will not fail to mention how well he has lead through the WOT and that he is keepting Americans and the US homeland safe.

Kerry needs to explain to the public that the US are not safer, that Bushcos policies are massproducing new terrorists through his policies and that Americans and the US are in greater danger today than it ever was on 9/11 - and that a future terrorist attack is more likely because of Bush.

Fear mongering politics is nasty, but it seems to work so well in the US.
