Matthews - Pentangelo - HBO
On Hardball tonight, Matthews mentioned the scene from Godfather II where Franky Pentangelo's brother comes from Italy to go in to the courtroom and seeing his brother's serious look makes him change his testimony.

Wouldn't you know I happened to watch Godfather II late last night on HBO. Freaky coincidence huh?

Anyway, why I got out of the O'neill clip is that he would take back the colorful stuff because it distracts from the larger picture of the information. That was the statement...

He wasn't "gotten" to...

It was NOT "I'm sorry I sad it.", it was, "I'm sorry I said it because it has become the centerpiece"...

1. Tweety likes...
to embellish, and flex his mental "prowess".
