If anyone posts at feeperland please ask them if they trust machines or
people to count votes. Bush* made it clear he only trusts the machines although he ran on a platform of "I Trust the People". I'm curious to know if they have come to any consensus about who or what they trust. Do they want unauditable ballots or do they want the ability to do a recount? Do they worry that the cheating liberals may "fix" the machines?

1. from what i have seen
these people have to be enornmously stupid. A "liberal" group is trying to expose BBV for what it is, an insecure method that could easily be used by a hacker of moderate skill to steal an election. Now you would think they would be all over this with:

"This liberal group is showingpeople how to steal elections...won't they get desperate when King George is about to win the election and use the very methods they have been trying to tell people about to steal the election themselves?"

I mean hell, according to them all liberals are depraved power hungry servants of Clinton's penis so we would stop at nothing to throw out the compassionate, honest Dubya.

Hell they should be screaming bloody blue murder to these companies about the very fact that us traitorous liberals have already discovered the methods we can use to steal the election!

Morans.

3. This is going to sound like a really odd question.
I have gotten most of the acronyms, and with 1000+ posts, you'd think I'd have gotten BBV as well, but I haven't...Please fill me in on BBV...Thanks

2. How many trust machines to count...
their money? What kind of moran would throw a dollar bill rejected by a vending machine in the freaken trash... regardless the number of times it had been "counted"? Does a ballot, the cornerstone of participation in our democracy, deserve less consideration than our units of lucre?

7. Well, let's put it this way - an ATM gives you a receipt, right?
I wonder how many freepers trust depositing money into an ATM.

And a good chunk of ATMs are supplied by Diebold. So, if Diebold gives a lot of money to Repubs, then the Repubs should feel safe depositing their money into an ATM, with no physical verification of the transaction.
