Cheney describes himself as "evil genius"
He's got the evil part right.

In the rare, 30-minute interview in a hotel suite, Cheney also said:

• The Iraq invasion is helping the administration deal with other foreign policy hot spots. "If you do, in fact, use military force, as we did in Iraq, it makes your diplomacy more effective going forward, dealing with other problems."

• He believes Democratic presidential candidates are "having trouble" finding ways to attack Bush.

"They started out with an effort to try to use the economy against us. The economy's looking pretty good," he said. Progress in Iraq, particularly the capture of Saddam Hussein (news - web sites), has "to some extent taken the wind out of their sails."

• He's not worried about his image as the secretive sculptor of Bush policies as he takes a more public role in the campaign. "What's wrong with my image?" he asked with a laugh.

Cheney said he's effective working behind the scenes and doesn't believe voters will choose the next president based on running mates. "Am I the evil genius in the corner that nobody ever sees come out of his hole?" he said. "It's a nice way to operate, actually."

1. Having trouble finding ways to attack Bush?
Um, no. I guess Cheney hasn't noticed the capture of Saddam has done nothing to stem the Iraq insurgency. And a jobless recovery is what got Poppy booted out in 1992.

I think he's being far too charitable. "Clandestine thug" would have been my choice.

4. That sent chills down my spine.
Honestly that is creepy. I continue to remain in a state of disbelief that after all the corruption and lies this administration has done over the last 3 years, that we will have a close election. Really, at best * should be impeached but at least be voted out by a landslide.

What in the hell is wrong with people?

BTW, there was a LTTE in our paper this morning from some dip shit lady requesting that everyone leave * alone. He did after all get Saddam who was responsible for 9/11. ??????? What planet does she live on?

:wtf:

13. Cheney has always reminded me of Mr. Potter
In the movie, "It's A Wonderful Life," he's the wheelchair-bound, filthy rich, power-mad, despicable, heartless creep who caused George Bailey to go out on a bridge and contemplate suicide.

Evil is as evil does. There is nothing genius about evil. Evil mastermind is more like it. And bush doesn't mind that Cheney is his master.

25. Yes! So why is Bush popular and It's a Wonderful Life also?
When it should be so fucking obvious that Mr. Potter is the classic neocon republican and Pottersville is the "vision for America" that they have?

Who in their right mind would vote for Mr. Potter?

"Am I the evil genius in the corner that nobody ever sees come out of his hole?"

So he does hear our words in his cave.

Now the next step is to continue to expose his lies, corruption and evil madness to the mainstream.

16. Well he's half right. He's evil- but he's no genius.
I was surprised to learn that Cheney had been a highschool football star who was sent to Yale by an admiting oil man. He couldn't handle the academic demands and dropped out.

back in the US/back in the US/back in the US/back in the USSR......

One of only six genuine Organ Grinders in the United States, (Dick) and George have had the honor of performing at the White House for Presidents Reagan and George Bush (no relation), to local street fairs, company picnics, advertising promotions (Avon), TV shows and documentaries, radio shows, magazine ads, as well as major motion pictures, plays and commercials, High roller and private parties, to the cover fo Philadelphia Magazine.
"For over five years, George and I have become a regular act at the Showboat Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ.

Seen above, in costume, complete with funny hat and handlebar mustache and using a turn of the century (circa 1904) antique organ, (Dick) and George have a repertoire of music from the turn of the century.

18. Neocon Diplomacy
Do what we want or we blow your country up.

I was living in Wyoming when he first got elected to the House, so I've been aware of him since the start. What a despicable man. How is it possible for a person like him to rise to power in our country? Something is seriously wrong.

20. Hitler Was A Genius
If this pie face wimp is given a cred. of "Evil Genius" then he should be categorized in the same pigeon hole as Adolph Hitler! But you may consider that this supreme scum of the Earth is the Wizard behind the curtain who has collaborated in the theft of our countries presidency only to enrich his golf buddies and the skid marked knees that worship them! I take solace in this, not even scum such as he lives forever. May the micro-waves of justice bombard your evil heart!

24. Much as I hate to do it
Let me give Cheney some free advice:

12. One of my advisors will be an average five-year-old child. Any flaws in my plan that he is able to spot will be corrected before implementation.

17. When I employ people as advisors, I will occasionally listen to their advice.

61. If my advisors ask "Why are you risking everything on such a mad scheme?", I will not proceed until I have a response that satisfies them.

27. Here's an old thread with recent articles about Cheney & PNAC
Cheney is PNAC.

link

People should look at Cheney's efforts to get NASA revamped. Then they should look at PNAC's call for the militarization and American dominance of space.
