Michael Moore: Dean Supporters, Don't Give Up
http://www.alternet.org/story.html?StoryID=17623

...You have done an incredible thing. You inspired an entire nation to stand up to George W. Bush. Your impact on this election will be felt for years to come. Every bit of energy you put into Dr. Dean's candidacy was – and is – worth it. He took on Bush when others wouldn't. He put corporate America on notice that he is coming after them. And he called the Democrats out for what they truly are: a bunch of spineless, wishy-washy appeasers who have sold out the working people of America. Everyone in every campaign owes you and your candidate a huge debt of thanks.

The worst thing that could happen now would be for the Dean revolution to come to an end....

1. Not a Dean supporter BUT......
..... I have really felt for the guy the way he is getting totally railroaded now. I admire his "roll up your sleeves" kind of look. I respect the hell out of him. What he is going through now is ridiculous. The media on both sides are just killing him.

2. Careful or you'll get slammed
You can't say anything positive about Dean on this blog without getting slammed. Just repeat after me he's mad he's crazy he's angry he's unelectable. Now go home and give up. <sarcasm off>

3. Not surprisingly
Michael Moore gets it exactly right. The pack mentality is driving the trashing that Dean is taking now. He has to ride it out--show that he can take a punch and get up off the deck swinging. I'm a Kerry guy, but Moore is right. We all owe the good Doctor a lot. He's been trying to give the Democrats a much needed spinal transplant.
