Perfect 400th Post: Public Urinator Cleard In Court For Medical Condition
Man who urinated on shop window is cleared in court

A Norwegian man has won his case against a fine for urinating in public after telling the judge he had a medical problem.

A court in the capital Oslo ruled André Riseng was within his rights to urinate on a shop window in a public place.
