The Office of Special Plans was an office the Bush administration set up in the Pentagon to second guess the intelligence community.

"Office of Special Plans". Isn't that a curious name for a government project? Especially one in the Pentagon, and one dealing with intelligence. Why hasn't the press pick up on this? "Plans", it means the office was planning stuff {tricking us into war), not just gathering intel (as the Bushies would have us believe}.

The latest Bush spin is "Yeah, the didn't have WMDs. The intelligence community got it wrong". Well, no. It went exactly according to OSP's plan.
